In accordance with the Announcement on Application for the National Education Sciences Planning Project in 2021, the Office of Social Sciences of Jilin University released the relative documents and noticed that:

1. Application

All applicants should submit printed materials. Applicants applying for the Key and Major Projects should submit the Bid Application for the 2021 National Social Science Major (Key) Projects (Attachment 2); applicants of other types of projects need to submit the Application Form for the 2021 National Education Sciences Planning Project (Attachment 4) and the Loose-leaf of the 2021 National Education Sciences Planning Project (Attachment 5). They shall fill the form of disciplines according to the categorized disciplinary codes listed in the Application, while codes of interdisciplinary ones can be chosen under the “proximity” principle. Application forms, loose-leaves and other documents are required to be filled out by Internet-based instruments, then printed on both sides of A3 paper and bound in the middle. Personal and overdue applications should not be accepted.

2. Application Submission

(1) National Social Sciences Major and Key Tendering Projects

Schools and departments should submit 7 copies (at least 2 originals) of the qualified Bid Application, one Summary Table of Bid Materials for Major and Key Projects of 2021 National Social Science Foundation of Education (Attachment 3) with their Internet-based files to the Office of Social Sciences by March 19th 2021.

(2) Other types of Projects

Schools and departments should submit 3 originals of the qualified Application, 6 copies of the qualified Loose-leaves, and 1 Summary Table of the 2021 National Education Sciences Planning Project (other types of projects) (Attachment 6) with their Internet-based files to the Office of Social Sciencesby March 19th 2021.
